Improve Your Game, LLC ("IYG") is a provider of an online and mobile video analysis tool that allows athletes at any level to take their game to the next level. The following policy describes how we collect and use information we receive from visitors to our site (www.vstrator.com) ("Site") and through our software applications ("Applications"). "You" or "you" as used throughout this Privacy Policy shall mean any person using the Site or Applications.

Our Site and Applications offer the ability to upload videos, images, text and other personal information that may be viewable by other users. IYG cannot restrict and is not responsible for how other users use personal information IYG recommends you use caution on what personal information you make available to other users.

IYG appreciates the importance of protecting children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If IYG becomes aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records as soon as possible.

You may, upon written request, sent to the address included below, request access to the personal information IYG maintains about you. Upon review, the you may request that IYG amend or delete some, or all of the personal information and IYG will make all reasonable effort to comply with such requests. However, IYG may retain some information relating to past transactions as is necessary for record keeping, support or legal purposes.

By using this Site or Applications, you assent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
